I have a unique name, think John Doe, and I’m hoping to create a unique and “professional” looking email account like johndoe@gmail.com or john@doe.com. Consider that I’m starting from scratch (I am). Is there a preferred domain registrar, are GoDaddy or NameCheap good enough? Are there prebuilt services I can just point my domain to or do I need to spin up a VPS and install my own services? Are there concerns tying my accounts to a service that might go under or are some “too big to fail”?\n

I can expand what hangs off the domain later, but for now I just need a way to make my own email addresses and use them with the relative ease of Gmail or others. Thanks in advance!!

Hi Everyone,\n
\n
I’m in the market for a new WiFi router or mesh system. My previous Asus gaming router often crashed and reset, and I’d like to avoid such issues.\n
\n
Key Needs:\n
\n
```\n
\n
<span style="color:#323232;">•\tStability for multiple phones, laptops and smart devices (lights, plugs, cameras)\n
</span><span style="color:#323232;">•\tGood Range & Speed\n
</span><span style="color:#323232;">•\tUser-Friendly\n
</span><span style="color:#323232;"> • Ability to connect about 8 Ethernet devices\n
</span>\n
```\n
\n
Budget: Reasonable, prioritizing value.\n
\n
Would love to hear your recommendations, especially if you have a smart home setup. Thanks a lot!

ok maybe i’m just being a dumbass. I’m getting textbooks off of z-library per the megathread, as they are the only site that lists the specific books I need currently. I am browsing via TOR.\n
\n
I can’t seem to see a download button or link for the books I am looking for, nor for any other book I open. Maybe this is because I don’t have an account. But let’s say I don’t feel like making one, because that means spinning up another burner email, and and and… idk. I’m lazy.\n
\n
I thought I’d be nice and access the content via the IPFS CID using the IPFS desktop node/app thing from [here](https://docs.ipfs.tech/how-to/desktop-app/#install-ipfs-desktop). Zlibrary lists IPFS CID’s for all books they host. That will save server load on them and likely be faster for a couple of the 200+MB PDF’s. \n
*But* it absolutely can NOT find any of the CID’s that z-library gives for any of it’s content, whether I click browse or inspect in the search box or use the import function, even after I let it sit and run on my extra seed PC for two days to populate the peer list.\n
\n
I know IPFS must be working as some of the test CID’s I used from the tutorial imported ok.\n
\n
am i being dumb? am I missing the fundamental purpose of the IPFS CID’s here or something?

I’ve been going through my system logs and working on resolving the miscellaneous errors; mostly it’s just due to poorly-written automations where the automation would be called while it was still running. Easy fix.\n
\n
What I can’t seem to fix is a constant stream of “Unknown cluster command” errors on cluster 0xef00 coming from ZHA. I’ve discovered that the 0xef00 cluster is a manufacturer-specific cluster. All of my errors come from Tuya mmWave sensors; apparently Tuya uses this cluster for inter-device communication.\n
\n
All of my devices work, but this error is polluting the logs to a large degree; right now it’s showing over 100k instances of this error. Is there a way to have HA just ignore this cluster completely? It’s not causing any issues with functionality, but I would rather the logs just show *actual* errors so I can more easily identify problems and fix them.\n
\n
I’ve read that Z2MQTT doesn’t have this issue, but swapping from ZHA to Z2MQTT is not an option for me, especially for what amounts to a logging issue. It would require re-pairing almost 100 Zigbee devices and modifying nearly every single automation.
