And everything is quite fragmented. In theory we could have a hardware platform that has good open-source drivers and is well-supported. But I think Linux is a good choice. Get help installing it if you know someone who can. It’s not that difficult but that would speed up the process. The most important thing is to save your data so you don’t accidentally overwrite it."
