The computer won’t run certain drivers and sometimes when powering off, the computer will use a long time closing certain applications, but will fail in the end and I have to power it off manually. I’ve grouped them into two paragraphs, because I have an idea, that the graphical problem might be caused a bad GPU.\n

I removed the gpu and now only use the integrated graphics in the cpu, and the visual glitches are gone :))\n

I’ve run some tests on the computer (from the boot screen), and it seems the memory is fine. The only driver I know to be a problem is the driver for my WiFi usb. I’ll try to work on that, or maybe I’ll buy a WiFi card and pray that works better ^^\n

After some researches I find two ways to have HDR pass through on Linux x86: Libreelec and kodi “stand alone session”.\n

For kodi I find [this thread](https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?pid=3139981), so I installed [kodi-gles](https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/kodi-gles/) on my Arch system; then I started a tty and launched kodi with kodi --windowing=gbm but the interface doesn’t work, it seems stuck, but I can go beck to the tty.\n

For Libreelec I downloaded the latest generic image for x86 system and I flashed it on a 8GB USB stick (I tried with balena etcher and Ventoy). So I tried the run and live option but with both the system is stuck on the Libreelec splash page (in the run case the system is stuck after the installation).\n

I’ve had an old lenovo desktop set up with truenas for about a month now, and I was wondering if it was possible to have an smb share and a filebrowser instance use the same directory. I tried to set it up like this when deploying filebrowser but when I set the directory to the smb share, truenas gave me an error saying that the path is being used as an smb share. the reason why I wanna do this is for simple access in my desktops file explorer, while also being able to access the same files from my phone, or over the internet. thanks in advance for taking time out of your day to give me a hand."
