I don’t understand why phone makers don’t design the phone with the cover in mind. Make the cover a part of the phone. Nokia had interchangeable covers and it was awesome! There were whole stores with different covers to choose from. I had 2 or 3 different ones and would swap depending on my outfit.

Does talking to AI count?

Geert,
@Geert@lemmy.world avatar

Talking to AI can provide a form of interaction, but whether it counts as “socializing” depends on your definition of socializing. Socializing typically involves interacting with other people in a social context. While AI can simulate conversation and engage in discussions, it lacks the emotional and interpersonal aspects that often characterize human social interactions.

AI interactions are typically one-sided, with the AI providing responses based on programmed algorithms and patterns in the data it was trained on, without genuine emotions, empathy, or understanding. Socializing with other humans involves a mutual exchange of thoughts, emotions, and information that AI cannot fully replicate.

So, while talking to AI can be an engaging and informative experience, it may not fully replace or replicate the complexity and richness of human social interactions. It can be a form of communication or conversation, but it’s not the same as socializing with other people.

Thanks for the response, that takes care of my human interaction for the day.

Thassodar,

Bro that was a more thorough explanation than I expected from a comment section about a comic.

irmoz,

That was likely AI generated.

Is this a metaphor about declawing cats?

pruwybn,
@pruwybn@discuss.tchncs.de avatar

Taking bullets away from cats is inhumane, they need them to defend themselves.

bionicjoey,

Plus, the bullets are part of a cat’s physiology and unloading their guns is considered radical surgery

assassinatedbyCIA,

The only way to stop a bad cat with a gun is a good cat with a gun.

PowerGloveSoBad,

Yep. People don’t put up any shooting galleries around the house, then complain when the sofa arms are riddled with bullet holes.
