Having read it, this smells more like a legal firm that makes money from suing a shit ton of companies and occasionally being right ratherthan any real evidence of the patient data disclosure.

Oracle hires more lawyers than they do developers then they do things like “oh? You’re using this product in the cloud with the license you purchased? But you didn’t purchase the cloud license”

They also buy technology and proceed to violate whatever license it has, like ZFS.

I wouldn’t say it’s dishonest. I should say it’s discussion with the evidence that lead op to their point.

Using their data and our data leads us to an agreeable middle ground.
