Been to a fair amount of castles in the past few years, but this is top of my list to visit. No plans to be in the area anytime soon, but I hope it’s sooner rather than later.

Same here and what’s so special in this case is that the castle has been in the same family for it’s entire 800 years of existence. That is really super rare.

It definitely was! We were there 2 weeks ago. Day started off quite foggy, which also created a really mystic atmosphere.

Did you know there is a Japanese manga about a sexorcist sending ghosts to heaven? I don’t remember its name, but this post made me remember its existence.

Volgens mijn berekeningen valt er minstens één Kerstdag op de 26ste. Er is dit jaar zelfs een kleine kans dat ze alle drie op de 26ste vallen.

Mits het regent in September, uiteraard. Maar daar ziet het wel naar uit.
