Experiencing this like a jump scare for the first time in TLoZ: TotK made me hit my knee really hard on the underside of my desk. That was two weeks ago, and it’s still sore. And I don’t trust trees anymore, not that they’re hard to defeat, it’s just easy to forget that enemy type exists and get jump scared all over again. I hate them.
I love how you still have to defeat them with an axe.
However if the trees get you this hard I would love to know what you thought of the game’s true terrifying jump scare enemy. I’m not mentioning them just in case you haven’t run across them yet… But I’m sure you have, right?
I avoided that thing until I found out it wasn’t an endgame enemy. It outran my first horse and saw how little damage my early bow did and I hid up on a rock. IDK how they will ever jump scare me as much as that and the Guardians, but Nintendo has some talent.
Tech bros just reinstall Arch a thousand times, IT workers actually know how those OSs operate in an enterprise environment and how to fix all of the services that they correlate to.
