I wanna try out Linux for the first time with no clue what I’m doing and this seemed like a good starter for what I need it for what do you all think?

I’m refurbishing an old PC to work as a home server for several stuff. I’m looking for a lightweight distribution to install in it, but with a decent package repository. A small image size will be appreciated, as I have slow bandwidth too.

I am playing around with Fedora Silverblue and openSUSE Aeon and I really like the painless updates....

My first distro was Pop!_OS, then I switched to Fedora, then Arch for a year and 2 months ago I switched to Fedora Silverblue, because I wanted to try immutable distro that relies on containers and flatpaks to be usefull. Silverblue is great but not so much for me, its not flexible...

All my applications scale perfectly fine (in that they just don’t change their scale factor when moving from monitor to monitor). But somehow lmms scales very weirdly. The main monitor shows the program way too large (like in the photo, that is fullscreen) and my side monitor shows the application in slightly too small scale...

Who are these for? People who use the terminal but don’t like running shell commands?...
