Wait Wait Wait, where is sisko/Kira in all this?

Kira pushed a four shift rotation to Sisko while he was delirious with a massive head injury. Later he suggested the idea as well and Kira was so happy he wasn’t dead/ agreed that she just took joy in agreeing with his “suggestion”

That was a clear callback to jellico in my opinion.
