A wealth tax does seem warranted for billionaires. I don’t like the idea of taxing something inert but honestly that’s how they make money. They borrow against thousands of shares at a time and pay zero taxes on the loan.
I paid for 15 days of Real Debrid and other than running into a lot of non-English streams it’s been great. If I can get it convenient to download shows automatically (I’ve heard of ways to integrate with arr services) I might start cancelling services.
Never made any before but broth doesn’t seem worth it unless you make a big batch, even then I don’t have the room for a big ass pot or a gallon of broth in my fridge/freezer.
The lack of systemd was something I couldn’t get over. I mean the alternative service managers are good but a few apps I really need have a strong dependency on systemd and the adapter packages just weren’t working. Otherwise I highly recommend AntiX. It made my old netbook feel useful again.
Didn’t hear any compelling reasons as to why an actual relationship would be bad. Having a relationship with an authority figure (teacher, doctor, therapist, etc) is taboo and often illegal, but if there’s really a connection there it should be doable to change up schedules or find new instruction so there’s no conflict anymore. Most of my crushes though have been very superficial and a few conversations dispelled the fantasy.
Take a look at some guides for your character types. You might be doing a bit more role playing and not enough combat specing. I mean not everyone in Faerun can hold their own with a goblin or giant spider. So make sure you’re not making all the wrong choices by mistake.
Also, I got wrecked in a few battles of Act 1 as well. Anytime I fight Githyanki I’m thinking, “Well, there goes half my health potions and revive scrolls.” Don’t be afraid of save scumming and don’t be afraid to stack the deck in your favor. Long rest, drink elixirs, apply buffs, strategically place exploding barrels, and summon familiars if you expect a hard battle. And unless you’re fighting a “boss” or an enemy that has lines of dialogue don’t get concerned about pushing things off cliffs. With most you’re not permanently losing good gear.
I’m good at breaking down problems into small chunks and not getting overwhelmed by a big project. Do I have the motivation to finish these tasks? That’s a different question.
I don’t know what studio (Rockstar maybe) but I’d love a revamp of Freedom Fighters. I reinstall and play through the that game every few years. It’s really almost perfect as-is but graphics could be modernized and AI could be a little less stupid.
