But what platform is it really? Video? Banking? Or what Twitter used to be? IMO it’s no longer a well defined platform as much as it’s just a “thing” that is whatever Musk dreamt up last. It used to be Twitter, but it isn’t even that anymore.
I cal it “The thing formerly known as Twitter.”, because it’s short and to the point.
Just like when Musk tries to explain one of his many lies, like why the self driving cars he promised would be ready in 2017 haven’t arrived yet.
Also it doesn’t really matter if we call it a failed banking app, or a failed video app, or a failed message app. All of those are true. But it’s shorter and easier to just call it “The thing formerly known as Twitter”. Then everybody knows what you are talking about.

I’m not an expert, but there’s a huge difference between USB cables. Requirements for a mouse are pretty low, so it could be a cheap cable poorly shielded and thin wires.
A good USB cable however should be fine, as it’s shielded from full speed and above.
I’m guessing that everything above low speed is OK. But I would avoid low speed, and that could include your mouse cable, but you can see when you cut it, whether it’s shielded or not.
Allegedly Zink should have a role in sense of taste, so supplementing Zink may help restore poor sense of taste.
Vitamin D also plays a role, but you should probably be taking Vitamin D anyway. You can only make vitamin D when you are in the sun when it’s at 45° or higher, and it’s near impossible to eat food that has sufficient Vitamin D.
His grandson crown prince Frederik will be King Frederik X the 14th of January, when he takes over after Queen Margrethe II on the 52nd anniversary of her crowning.
King Frederik X like his grandfathers king Christian X and king Frederik IX is a real badass, he is a Navy Seal, the toughest military education we have, and he has a degree in political science. He and his wife Mary who will be queen are very well liked in Denmark. en.wikipedia.org/…/Frederik,_Crown_Prince_of_Denm…
The Crown Prince Frederik (linked above) who will be king Frederik X in a few days is 55.
The OP picture is of King Frederik IX died May 14th in 1972 aged 72, and his daughter became Queen of Denmark Margrethe II on that day.
The Queen is now passing on the reign to her son on the same date after having served as Queen for 52 years.
Not sure if this is 100% scientifically backed but I read a bit by a dental hygienist on a forum that you shouldn’t rinse when brushing with proper toothpaste because it can help remineralize the teeth if when its not rinsed away after...
Rinsing with salt water seems to work well for me. I have no idea what the science says about it though. But there is some talk in new treatments about ionizing stimulating healing, and I wouldn’t be surprised if salt water does a bit of that too.?
I also wouldn’t be surprised if it helps remineralize. Very subjectively it feels like it does a little, but it’s easy to fool oneself with wishful thinking. Preferably have a dentist monitor results.
Yes WW2 started in 1939, and Pearl Harbor was in december 1941. So it took 2 years for USA to get involved. But USA was such a massive influence, because their industrial output was without comparison bigger than anything else in the world. It was bigger than Europe combined. USA was also a major factor in keeping the trans Atlantic traffic open, and defeating the German submarines. D-Day would have been impossible without USA, as USA was the biggest force. USA also suffered the most losses in operation overlord, with almost twice the casualties and killed as UK. All that is apart from doing by far the most in the effort against Japan.
I’ve always just seen 1939 as the beginning of WW2, and I’ve never seen it questioned since I learned about it in school in the 70’s. But maybe it’s seen different in Asia. And yes we also learned about the truce that was forced on the Germans, so that’s been taken into account all along. It’s still WWI and WW2, not WWI 1914-1945.
Yet there are often warnings that even with OLED AOD eats a lot of battery, not so with a notification LED.
The absolute newest OLED that can do 1Hz refresh are better. But that doesn’t change that the removal of the notification LED was detrimental to the functionality of the smartphone.
I think you may have a point, It’s kind of weird how the first 10 years of smartphones, was an ever higher climb for better phones, driven by competition.
But now that everybody are dependent on the phones, they all agree on taking useful features away???
If you have access to an iPhone 4S, then try to use it for as couple of minutes, and then see if you still consider that 3.5 inch screen perfect size.
If you want a tiny phone, then why use the biggest one available? It’s like saying I wish I could get a small economic car, and then drive a Humvee.
Apparently when it comes down to it, you don’t really want a tiny phone.
it won’t use more battery than a notification led.
If the screen has 60hz or higher refresh, I’m pretty sure it will. The screen itself may not use much, but the DAC will still use power.
I haven’t seen this actually tested, but many claim the difference in battery life is noticeable. I don’t think it matters much what app you use, many phones come with an AOD app, and I seriously doubt a third party app is better.
AH ok that makes a lot more sense. ;) As I understand it, it’s only the newest top displays that can go down to 1 Hz. Or maybe it’s just when in use they can’t for some reason. I find the 1Hz capability to be extremely cool, so it would be great if it’s a more general feature of AOD.
Try to read it again, I make zero assumptions, apart from the 2 you have stated yourself. You want a phone the size of an iPhone 4s but use a S23 Ultra. I’m just pointing out that those two are contradictory.
If I were to make an assumption, it would be that it seems you want a flagship phone the size of an iPhone 4s. Which you kind of can with a foldable.
Battery bypass is not exclusive to the S23 Ultra, the entire S22 and S23 series have it:
Can't we just start calling it "Formerly Twitter" instead?
Pretty much the title. I think you all know what I’m talking about.
