Scubus, to comicstrips in "A Cut Above" by Danby Draws

Guys such a baller he teleported his sword into his other hand

Scubus, to memes in literally no clue

You will want to be careful doing that. It needs to be big enough to have differential temperature so the water moves, therefore aerating it. Without air in the water nothing but mosquitos can live or breed in it. Also, depending on the soil and whether you are above the water line, you may not be able to keep enough water in it between rainfalls.

I’m sure you can look up how to do one properly, I just want to to be aware it’s not as simple as dig a hole and fill it with water, because that will do more damage than good.

Scubus, to memes in No doubt. Wanna fight me?

LMAO yeah I’m keeping it

Scubus, to memes in Slavery: still a thing

Lmao

Yep, stone the gays, super moral /s

Scubus, to science_memes in Birding is Voyeurism.

I’ve never seen it, but I’m sure there are some furry armies out there.

Scubus, to memes in Every goddamn time I'm trying to make something for my DnD game

Ah yes. I, too, exist merely out of spite lmao

Scubus, to asklemmy in Any good YouTube recommendations?

How is science and futurism with Isaac Arthur (SFIA) not getting more love? They are probably the highest quality and most educational videos on the entirety of YouTube. And while all of the videos cover the future, they cover wildly different topics and fields.

What will space travel actually be like? Will we live in space? What about new space sports? How will space effects our diets? What about AI? How will it effect our lives and hobbies? Mind uploading? Clark tech? Dyson swarms? O’Neill cylinders? Could the entire universe be a hallucination?

Also shout-out to PBS spacetime

Scubus, to starwarsmemes in Not Sparks.

OT was great for it’s time, it’s a little lacking now though but still good.

PT was bad for it’s time, but with the advent of meming it has become much better. Also Ep 3 is incredible, imo best star wars film.

Rogue one was pretty good, not mind-blowing but very enjoyable.

Haven’t seen solo.

Mandolorian was phenomenal, with only a couple episodes being a little slow.

Ahsoka was also phenomenal, with no complaints at all.

But the only way for the ST to be even “ok” is if you separate from the rest of star wars. It just doesn’t fit.

Rey beats ren when she first picks up a lightsaber, after having no experience even with a sword. This is the same ren that was trained by Luke and then smoke since birth, and should be all accounts be nearly the best duelist current alive.

They immediately turn ren into a joke by having poe be not even the slightest bit intimidated by an extremely powerful darksider who can melt your brain with the force.

Their choreography was so bad they had to edit out a dagger mid fight or Rey would’ve died.

The dice are both real and not real moments apart.

Hyperspace ramming.(is actually a thing, but also simply isn’t feasible)

Episode 8 was so bad I got turned off star wars for like 2 years, and I still won’t watch somehow palpatine returned" the movie

Scubus, to memes in 2B or not 2B... that is the pencil

It’s more duh-dum imo

Scubus, to asklemmy in What are your dental hygiene tips and hacks

Just pull the transformer out of your microwave, aim it at your face, and open your mouth

Scubus, to asklemmy in Which things have you avoided or embraced on the name alone?

I thought you werent supposed to talk about it?

Scubus, to memes in Has anyone notified Elon?

To improve that, you could get rid of the comment to save space.

Scubus, to lemmyshitpost in Poseidon why

Vulnerable yes, sphincterless no

Scubus, to lemmyshitpost in State flags

I’ve never been into flags, but I am amazed that I’m only just now learning that my state flag is not, in fact, an eagle holding an olive branch and arrows.

Scubus, to memes in Slavery: still a thing

No, I see the perspective. I just think it’s laughable to attempt to push religious moralism as any sort of modern moral allignment because religious morals are ridiculous. If you can’t quote the morals from the bible, you shouldn’t push for people following the morals from the bible. And if you can quote the morals from the bible, you wouldn’t be advocating for them.

Basically, anyone arguing that morals derive from religion is arguing in bad faith.
