What is your unpopular flim opinion

I’ll go first. Mine is that I can’t stand the Deadpool movies. They are self aware and self referential to an obnoxious degree. It’s like being continually reminded that I am in a movie. I swear the success of that movie has directly lead to every blockbuster having to have a joke every 30 seconds

feedum_sneedson,

At the time, a child fucking themselves with a crucifix was considered rather shocking.

feedum_sneedson,

My unpopular opinion, I don’t think Heath Ledger’s acting is particularly good in that film.

feedum_sneedson,

I was able to filter posts about him and the truck using the Sync app, this has snuck through because there’s no keywords in the title. I might add Tesla to the list actually.

Does "Rock music is evil / of the devil" have racist roots?

As a Christian most of the circles I’m around are pretty chill…no stone-cold fundamentalists. But I have been around people (and even had family members) who are 100% convinced that rock music is evil and will lead people to engage in witchcraft and draw pentagrams all over their home....

feedum_sneedson,

Oh well the banjo is pretty good too.

feedum_sneedson,

Are you really done? This might be a major life moment for you.

feedum_sneedson, (edited )

I’m on the semen diet. I see men, I eat them.

feedum_sneedson,

You’re conflating value and utility.

feedum_sneedson,

LTV is about the value contribution of labour to the production of commodities, ultimately reducible to the subsistence requirements of that labour. It’s entirely from the supply side and can be thought of as embodied labour. I’ve had a very tiring day at work so won’t go into more detail now, but LTV doesn’t address perceived utility or demand side “contributions” to value as they are not materially grounded.

feedum_sneedson,

I did have to become a “muscle hunk”, actually.

feedum_sneedson, (edited )

That’s crème brûlée, though.

I watched his stand up, it was weird how unfunny it was and how people were laughing anyway. I think maybe he thinks he’s really funny and people have just been going along with it, or something?
