If by “job” you mean being a middle man sucking money and effectiveness from people and getting in the way of actual health care, then I agree. It’s a “job” in that people show up and get paid, but it’s 100% a bullshit job.
If you don’t have a cast iron pan, you should get one. A basic Lodge does the job as good as any (it’s just a hunk of iron). It’s super easy to use a cast iron pan to make pizza.

Honestly you’d probably be fine with your original idea. But, that means you can’t charge your laptop while printing and, the 24v power supply I linked to is cheaper than your original idea.
