TL;DR: I made a styled version of Reddit for Kbin instances for people participating in the reddit migration. Inspired mostly by Old Reddit, but it actually has a dark mode!

Is there some script, addon or something that will take data from GDPR request and delete content, especially comments, one by one? redact had this capability, but it’s not working now

I'm considering rewriting all of my comments, but I want to do this carefully and correctly because I'd eventually want to delete the account, so I wouldn't be able to make changes...

They did not provide a reason. There was no further dialog. I just got a system message telling me I was removed....

Has anyone started to create some form of ‘Copy’ Project for Reddit, Not like a clone of the site or something. I’m more thinking of a project that’s goal is to almost duplicate what Reddit currently has on it directly to Lemmy or other Fediverse platforms?

A few weeks ago I submitted a request to Reddit for a copy of my data. In the meantime I got bored of waiting and deleted my account. I thought I would not receive my data, but yesterday I woke up to an email with a link to a file with all my data in!...

I only ever used the official app never the website or any 3rd party apps so what were they like and why do people miss them so much.

I can tag @Foreplay241 AND @Foreplay241 and I will be able to see their accounts through this portal/view/media?..

I want to change all my reddit comments to say I'm migrating to Lemmy/Kbin. I think this is more effective than deleting comments, as I've heard rumors reddit is restoring deleted comments. I can't find a good script to do that. What's everyone else using to do that? Thanks!...
