Based on a famous painting with the same name.
The Medusa Chronicles: The story of how a group of young otters continues the legacy of “Medusa”. Themes of hope and whether a flawed institution can actually be improved. YA Fiction series also in the works.

Escape Whale
A whale escapes an enclosure, leading to a heartfelt tale about the whale and the conservation researcher that pursues her. Themes of isolation and ‘finding one’s purpose’.

The George Otter Story
Children’s movie based on the hit book series. Loosely inspired by Curious George, this Pixar movie tells the story of friendship and finding a place where you belong.
Real Film: The George Raft Story (1961 - Noir Crime Fiction)
Dancer George Raft (Ray Danton) finds himself involved with the criminal underworld. After a conflict with gangster boss Frank Donatella (Joe de Santis), he is exiled to Hollywoood, where he wins a role in the film “Scarface”
I’ve got ADHD, I either binge eat for the dopamine, or I forget that I’m human and need food to survive, and then eat whatever’s fast and easy when my body is finally signalling hunger at a level that I can’t ignore. I try to keep some healthier options around for both scenarios, and it also helps to be around other people who have more regular schedules and I can follow their lead on meal times and join them socially. But when I’m alone, my personal diet is only “balanced” because it’s so chaotic.
A 160 minute slog of an arthouse film presented in black and white with almost no dialogue, chronicling not much happening over the period of several days to the owner of a chronically cantankerous compact car, which he can’t get to start and thus can’t go anywhere. Unrated; for some inexplicable reason, also subtitled entirely in French.
Listen to your body. Period. If you’re craving something, there’s a reason for it. I don’t mean “eat what you want” or “I need a bucket of chocolate ice cream right now”, do it with a little sense, please. No time to explain further, I’m craving beets like a mofo right now, gotta run.
Trusting your body is not good for long term health. You seem to understand this because you say that chocolate ice cream is bad. But if we have a system for overriding bad instincts like in the ice cream example, then why would we trust those instincts in the first place?
I’m not saying your cravings can’t be onto something ever. Your brain can probably make the connection between some nutrients and some foods, but even in those cases this instinctual part of your brain does not know the most efficient and healthful way to replenish those nutrients. Like hypothetically if donut sprinkles contained iodine and someone craved a donut because they were deficient in iodine it would not suddenly be good to start eating donuts, and their brain might have not even made the sprinkle connection but just a more general donut connection.
Just curious: why do you use adnauseam instead of ublock origin for ad block on the rest of your profiles? I haven’t heard of it before, and was curious what futures made it stand out.
He already sat in the highest seat. He’d never lower himself to anything below that. To my knowledge, no former-president has ever taken a lower seat in government. Many still find seats of power, but outside the government, I think.
I thought of the limited series with Paul Giamatti on HBO when I hesitated on whether anyone had taken a lower office after being the pres. Not knowledgeable enough to say for sure when I posted. Insomnia now, so I’ll keep this in mind for when I’m learning more. Thanks!
