I don’t hate it because as far as the tech companies go, their product support is quite good. Not to say perfect but they can usually help you solve simple things. If you’ve ever used Google Admin, the live chat is actually super helpful.

Compared to something like Meta, who have virtually ZERO customer support. It’s just a bunch of recursive “help” articles that assume you have the technical knowledge of a dog. Apple is only helpful if you’re paying for shit. Amazon will send out a second package if you ask nicely, but is otherwise useless. Etsy is straight up antagonistic to its sellers.
