DarkMessiah, Basically indestructible soles and insoles in terms of wear and tear, and an indestructible in general toe cap. Soft enough insoles to cushion, but firm enough to support. Light enough to use everywhere without feeling like I’m walking on King Kai’s planet. Self-tightening laces and mouth. GPS tracking in case I can’t find them or someone’s stolen them.
pan_troglodytes, they’d be like sandals, but with a lot of cushion - like walking on a porpoise. my palanquin bearers would wear them.

9715698, It’s possible to buy repairable shoes. They are just not as trendy or cheap as the mass produced fast fashion counterparts.
