harry_balzac, 1 year ago I’ve replaced most of my sweet snacks with things like cheese or pumpkin seeds or cashews. It’s made a huge difference. If I really want something sweet, like you mentioned, I usually have dehydrated fruit or Greek yogurt with fruit. Definitely took time and effort to find healthier snacks but it’s been worth it.
