GregoryTheGreat, 8 months ago I have pretty bad insomnia and have tried a lot. Several things have worked. Meditation…with lots of practice. Trazodone And my current favorite…zero caffeine all day and 5mg melatonin with 2 mg of THC/20mg CBD oil at bedtime. Lots of other things can get me to sleep but nothing works as well as melatonin and some thc to keep me asleep.
