The makers didn’t just strap on their first prototype without knowing it would stop a bullet yet. This was after they knew it would work. I think OP is just grabbing posts from “fakehistoryporn” off Reddit and not understanding the difference… Just another of the (probably hundreds) of shitty meme communities OP mods or posts too.
