Cannot see some comments on lemmy.ml

From the !evs community, some comments can only be seen from lemmy.ml compared to lemmy.world

Is this due to certain users blocking the lemmy.ml instance?

Yes. It’s already selected.

I Found out that it’s due to those users being banned from Lemmy.ml
