BlueMagma, 1 year ago Brilliant, now I wonder what ages this works for, I figured only 1 and 2, but then I realised we could write the father’s age in other bases… 1 = 2^0 (20 b10) 2 = 2^1 (21 b10) 3 = 3^1 (31 b7 = 22) 6 = 6^1 (61 b4 = 25) if they are lucky the grand father will be 61 that year :-D 8 = 2^3 (23 b12 =27) 9 = 9^1 (91 b3 = 28) 14 = 14^1 (141 b4 = 33)
