doublejay1999, 1 year ago No joke. I had about 15 years between 30 and 45 as a zero-exercise desk jockey and it early killed me. The deterioration was unreal. Took a few years to get back fitness and any kind of core strength. So, my best advice to young people with desk jobs : Keep up your exercise, even if it’s just a little.
