bonegakrejg,

I don’t know if this helps, but if you use DuckDuckGo as a default search engine in your browser, its easy to look things up on Wiktionary using !wt. And yeah, Wiktionary is awesome and very underappreciated.

Kalcifer,

That’s a useful bang!

Aard 2 (Offline dictionary) f-droid.org/packages/itkach.aard2/

oxomoxo,

There is a built in tool for Android Studio to make a website into an apk you could sideload.

Or you could always use a browser to make it a Home Screen shortcut, there is usually a button for this.

F-Droid does have a Wiktionary app that is open source, it’s not currently maintained but anyone could update it by forking the code.

Probably better to use a tool that doesn’t require internet, such as QuickDic

oxomoxo,

True, just got to remember update from time to time. Got to add Rizz or whatever else the kids are saying these days… 🙂

Triton,

This might be what you’re looking for. When translating between languages other than English (German - Spanish in my case) the data can be a bit lacking but it generally works really well.

Ephera,

I’ve been using QuickDic since forever: f-droid.org/…/de.reimardoeffinger.quickdic/
