use MultiMC, it’s better than official and legacy launchers. and still receives support.

PollyMC has more features since since it adds back the ones Prism Launcher devs took out. Also has ely.by account support.
Voltage, I had it on my computer. Note that its not a .exe but a .jar file. You will need java installed before you can run it. minecraft.jar

you could try using the interne archive if you are set on using TL legacy or use a different launcher like PollyMC
