Use a seed box to torrent, then simply download the files from it.

It’ll be slow as hell or bog down the connection. I know because I tried. Sometimes networks will also do tricks to block or filter torrenting though direct/unproxied connections. Usually though it’ll just be very slow.

You won’t be able to port forward without a vpn that supports it which will severely limit download speeds. Might be worth a shot if you have a vpn though

That completely depends where you go. Some places will block it, others won’t. My company allows VPN connections but limits them to such extremely low bandwidth connections that it’s unusable. Others will straight up block it.

I wouldn’t recommend using any public connections without a secure connection.
