An Ensign Dies Inside: A story in pictures
Masterfully portrayed by the talented Wren T. Brown. Poor bastard never stood a chance.

FauxPseudo, Where is this photo booth?
HeyThisIsntTheYMCA, Wait I’m not too good with faces, but that’s not…
No… it’s all Lwaxana’s fault
lowvisnitpicker, That’s not a good look for Pulaski - just standing there like she’s guarding the door or waiting for an order.
Kolanaki, She has to wait until the dude is done firing his lasers before she can safely check him out.
HeyThisIsntTheYMCA, Rule 1 of starfleet medical. Stand back until their head is done exploding. Brain stains.

You know, everything in life is location, location, location…
negativenull,
flicker, I want this on a shirt.
HeyThisIsntTheYMCA, I didn’t like her in my 20s. Around 35, something clicked and now I adore her episodes. Dunno what it was.
rovingnothing29,
ptz, I’ve always liked Lwaxana. She’s like Mrs. Roper…in SPACE.
A_Union_of_Kobolds, Every time she’s in an episode it’s a treat.

Same fabulous energy.
ptz, I’m not quite as old as my old TV references make me out to be, but random thought: Was she TV’s first cougar?
ummthatguy, More likely Erica Kane from All My Children in the 70’s.

ptz, Ah, gotcha. I wasn’t factoring in Soap Operas, just the prime-time stuff I grew up with. You’re probably correct.
StillPaisleyCat, Erica was a young thing in a romantic triangle with a guy heading off to Vietnam in the early 70s. She became a cougar in the 80s.
ummthatguy, Thanks for the clarification. Figured someone else would have more insight. Most of my soap knowledge comes from the trauma of waiting for my turn to watch something after my mother and sisters.
