Murder, She Wrote had tons of DS9 and VOY cast throughout its 12 season run: Seven of Nine, Janeway, Chakotay, Tom Paris, Garak, Kira, Odo, Damar, and of course Q as you mentioned, all showed up at one point or another. And that’s just off the top of my head. Some of them were on more than once, playing entirely different characters.

In a recurring role as Dennis Stanton’s secretary: Data’s daughter, Lal.

I’ve been watching a lot of the Murder, She Wrote Roku channel lately. Like, a lot.
