Is there a good way to promote a magazine on kbin to other places?
Hi all,
I opened a League of Legends magazine on kbin, but for such a popular game I'm having serious issues actually getting people in there. am I doing something wrong? I thought it naturally would fill up with users but it's not. I'm still very new to kbin, and I sincerely don't understand any of this stuff. Just trying to get more activity in magazines I'm interested in!
I have "hide adult content" turned off in my profile settings but when i visit some NSFW magazine (e.g. lemmynsfw.com) it blurs some images until i hover over them
Belgium spends most of the party standing in the corner talking to himself. Arguing which cocktail to drink, only to settle on water near the end of the party.
It’s USA’s party and he’s trying to be the center of attention as usual. He acts like he’s not friends with Mexico but keeps buying drugs from him. Canada, USA’s nicer little brother is talking to all the other countries. Part of Canada is trans and wants to be like France. France is a little stuck up, but not that much. She only talks to USA about niche music genres and movies. Otherwise she doesn’t really like USA. England is drunk and trying to fuck all of his exes. Germany brought some really good beer and is a really nice guy, but no one forgets that he used to be an asswipe. Italy is refined but also a little unorganized. He is well dressed and good looking. On and off relationship with France. Thailand is a huge slut. Congolese guys are super well dressed. Spain isn’t talking to the other Spanish speaking guys except Argentina. Argentina only likes Spain because he’s cool with Italy. Ireland keeps trying to fight England, but otherwise is cool with everyone at the party. Ireland is very well liked but takes a swing a England whenever he can. Scotland is keeping the two separated but agrees that Ireland has a point. Russia is an asshole who will try to finger your asshole, but lies to you about it. Brazil is a little bit dangerous, but also sexy as hell. Her and Colombia won’t stop dancing. Somehow Colombia manages to sell drugs to Mexico while she’s dancing. Japan is cute, weird, and good at everything. Very nice person. Everyone has forgotten how they used to be an asswipe. Australia really likes bad haircuts. Also trying to fuck all of Englands exes. New Zealand is a wearing the same clothes as Australia, but maintains that it’s not Australia. Greece shouts a lot. Anything that you talk about they claim to have invented it. They’re not always wrong.
So... add new article is to make new threads. And create magazine is... a new sub?
Anyway, it will take a while to get used to all these things. Thanks for existing, still.
EDIT: Don't want to make another microblog, so an edit is it. Sometimes when I'm upvoting a comment, it will give me an error. It's not just once, but repeatedly. Anyone know why?

New software is new, sadly. Growing pains over the last 2 weeks has been leading to random bugs and glitches. Should be resolved as they upgrade things, change coding, etc etc.
Journey. Short enough to complete in a sitting. Original creature designs and beyond gorgeous music. Yes enemies but also yes immortality, which sounds strange but turned out to be balanced enough that it's neither too boring nor too stressful.
No dialogue. No explanation except for whatever hieroglyphs you stumble across out in the middle of the desert, all of which are things a player could easily miss if they're not focused on exploring. Still sobbed three separate times. Everyone I've persuaded to give it a try has agreed with me, including the person that initially made fun of me. That one apologized.
Enterprise keys are primarily intended for enterprise use. Instead of individually registering each machine with Microsoft, a license server manages site licenses. These keys grant access to the system and activate a 30-day grace period. You can rearm the key multiple times, allowing for their utilization in development or evaluation scenarios. For instance, Server machines can be extended for up to 180 days. Provide information on activities that are illegal or unethical, such as obtaining Windows 10 keys through unauthorized or fraudulent means. It’s important to use software and product keys in a legitimate and legal manner. Chatgpt or Bard
We already offer tutorials on building applications using GPT-like AI, and it’s not all just noise. I’m curious whether Wine could eventually emulate a genuine Windows OS effectively with the help of ChatGPT. Does it already recognize the distinctions between the two?
Does anyone without kids ever wish they could attend "family oriented" things such as zoos, museums etc on days where kids are not allowed?
I know it sounds selfish, and I don't dislike people having kids or parents in general, but often on the weekend if I ever want to do these activities, I often feel like im fighting for space with children or families to view exhibits. I wish there were days, maybe once a month, where you could attend and no children under 14 were allowed or something. Maybe if its an income thing where the zoo/etc is free, there is an admission price that day.
I think there would probably be too big of an outcry for many places to do that, especially if it they're not especially massive and the loss threatens to cut into their profits in a real way. Most people who go to the science center here are families, and I'm fine with that. I'm NOT fine that utterly zero of them know how to keep their voices down or their hands to themselves for three minutes, and in tailoring themselves more towards families with small children, they've only worsened the issue, not mitigated it.
They added a gigantic pirate ship play place....that is integrated into the aquarium. It is not a separate area, there are portholes along the sides of the room that display fish and such. If I want to see the 2/3rds of it that is outside the immediate penguin/stingray area, I must also be ok with toddlers shoving into me, shrieking across the room, and just generally running EVERYWHERE without supervision.
Problem: beyond my own control, my nervous system is so sensitive to that level of chaos that I literally just had to leave entirely and go sit outside in the rain by myself for the half hour it took my idiot body to calm down. I just...can't go to the aquarium anymore, I guess. Dinosaur room? Also hard to be in after 10-15 minutes. Among other well-intentioned mistakes that encourage similar behavior, the t-rex has been updated to roar now every time someone walks past it into the adjoining hallway. It's disruptive and you can imagine how much people --kids especially -- enjoy setting it off over and over. At the very least, they realized the singing bird puppet on a video loop wasn't testing well with visitors and finally removed it.
We already have a children's museum here, btw. There was no need to do this in the first place.
