Discovering features in kbin -- can't find "approve follow request".
I can't follow my account here from my Mastodon account, but I found that I can search for famous accounts like @Gargron but not my own on scholar.social doesn't show up in search. Is this the quirk with instances not supporting something? I remember seeing it but am not finding where the explanation on what to do is.
So... add new article is to make new threads. And create magazine is... a new sub?
Anyway, it will take a while to get used to all these things. Thanks for existing, still.
EDIT: Don't want to make another microblog, so an edit is it. Sometimes when I'm upvoting a comment, it will give me an error. It's not just once, but repeatedly. Anyone know why?
I have "hide adult content" turned off in my profile settings but when i visit some NSFW magazine (e.g. lemmynsfw.com) it blurs some images until i hover over them
Does anyone without kids ever wish they could attend "family oriented" things such as zoos, museums etc on days where kids are not allowed?
I know it sounds selfish, and I don't dislike people having kids or parents in general, but often on the weekend if I ever want to do these activities, I often feel like im fighting for space with children or families to view exhibits. I wish there were days, maybe once a month, where you could attend and no children under 14 were allowed or something. Maybe if its an income thing where the zoo/etc is free, there is an admission price that day.
