This is the real answer. Any organization that can’t be arsed to communicate professionally using grown up channels is not one I’m going to be associated with anyway. Use email and Messages like normal people. Leave FB to… whoever uses that garbage.

I mean the other 2 countries, Canada and Mexico, how similar are both of them to United States?? Both countries have a similar economy and democracy etc, and I think those two countries share things like supermarkets, stores, etc. I suppose the cultural differences are not a lot, that is very nice.

Fountain pens. I used to buy them at the local office supply store, but they’ve been gone for 25 years. For that matter, my town doesn’t even have a big box office supply anymore.
And books. I really miss a proper local bookstore.
The only real reason I can think to move is if your current instance is regularly down for extended periods or if a lot of other instances defederate it.
I live in amarica and noticed that every tape measures I find are imperial only. Hell even on Amazon I can’t find a metric tape measure and you’d think they must exist considering us amaricans are the only people using imperial.
