American and urban? I’ve noticed that all a lot of black people in and near cities pronounce the L. I always get a chuckle and they look at me like I’m a pompous British/French general from the 1800s or an idiot that can’t pronounce Ls.
I remember the game being introduced to me whilst in highschool in the early 90s. It was introduced to me by my stoner friends. I lost it a few times during highschool because it was a thing along with getting punched if looking at the circle. I definitely lost it in 1997 when the movie The Game came out. I have lost it many more times as the years grind on.
uConnect sucks. It will literally take 10 to 15 seconds to finalize the connection in my wife’s van. Sometimes I wait for it and sometimes I just have Bluetooth off and listen to my phone through its own speakers.
I’m an ISO 8601 guy but the MM/DD does make sense in American. We’ll say Oct 20th for a date and then straight translate that to numbers 10/20. It makes more sense than counting in French. Ex. 60, 70, 80, 90
I’m in windows with SurfShark and qBittorrent. I sometimes have to close out qBittorrent and disconnect from the VPN. Sometimes that doesn’t work and I have to reboot the laptop. That normally fixes the problem for me. I tried looking at the ports and forwarding and interfacing but those seemed to do nothing to fix my issue. I have a feeling that it is the network drivers and/or the hardware itself.
Yeah, I used Firefox nightly until uBlock Origin became available on the regular release. Glad to see that most are going to be available. Been using Firefox since before they refactored the entire codebase (I think it was Mozilla Navigator back then). Went to Opera for awhile, Maxthon, and Chrome when it first game out but I always had Firefox installed.
