JohnDClay,

The source is freely available, but it does not fit the common definition of open source. Namely, you’re not allowed to redistribute with tracking, malware, or adds. I guess this has been a problem with piped?

JohnDClay,

I follow way to many creators to have a sensible subscription feed, especially when I only watch some videos from some channels. If there were tiered subscriptions, I’d use them more. But right now I only use subscriptions for my tier 1.

JohnDClay,

I’m looking at getting a used leaf or a bolt. Do you know what the battery range degradation after 5 years would be approximately? 30%? Is there likely to be some sort of cascading failure at some point that would necessitate a battery replacement? Or are they good to drive to hundreds of thousands of miles with reduced range?

JohnDClay,

If so, the men have something be afraid of, not hooty.

JohnDClay,

But they’re a whole lot better for the planet than gas cars. And cars won’t go away till we make alternatives. Which we should do as quickly as possible, but will still take a while.

Subtitles for the despecialized Star Wars fan remakes?

Hi, I’m trying to find the subtitles for Harmy’s “Despecialized” Star Wars remakes and I was wondering if anybody has any ideas. The original website for Project Threepio points at a blog that seems abandoned and an old private tracker (MySpleen) that never opens to public anymore. Even just the English subs would be...

JohnDClay,

And the Israelites weren’t the first either, there’s a few books of the Bible about who exactly they pushed out.

JohnDClay,

Isn’t jpg more efficient for pictures, whereas png is better for graphics type elements with defined colors and edges?

JohnDClay,

Even if you don’t let your cat outside?

JohnDClay,

Would you propose waking on a leash then? We don’t want the cat to kill everything around. We walk our dog a lot, but not our cat. Maybe we should.

JohnDClay,

Until your body builds up a tolerance and you need to keep drinking more and more to get the same high you used to from one cup.

JohnDClay,

How tall did the grass get? Did it pollinate, and if so, was it noticable for allergies? Were you still able to walk through it?

I’m wondering what sort of plant you could let grow where you could still walk through easily. Maybe clover?

JohnDClay,

I don’t know, but I wouldn’t want people who come over to cough uncontrollably even if I was used to it.

JohnDClay,

Revelation 19 says the beast (maybe satan?) will be thrown into the lake of fire, and Rev 20 says the same for Satan.

JohnDClay,

Just not always described as on earth.

JohnDClay,

Way before that. What’s the generation for 400bc called?

JohnDClay,

It’s pretty good for a gas car, but pretty slow for an EV. I don’t know about pickup trucks though, they’re probably on the longer end of gas.

JohnDClay,

Yeah exactly. I thought it sounded pretty cool from the recording, but you’d probably need to be there in person to get the full low frequency effect.

JohnDClay,

I don’t think you can actually hear the fundamental of the lowest note. It’s lowest note has a 16hz fundamental, and people can usually only hear down to around 60hz.
