Star Trek Voyager. It’s from an episode where Harry Kim gets translocated to a planet that sends people through a subspace hole to die. The man pictured takes Kims “return from the afterlife” as an opportunity to question his planets belief in the life after death.

I actually did not know that they shifted it. Are the eugenics wars still part of the shifted timeline or were they cut when moving ww3 back?
