Honestly, the trick will be to get every new mother to take it by default. Everyone always thinks they're fine... until they're not. Feeling overwhelmed and 'blue' is very common, it's the postpartum psychosis that is the problem and there is no way to tell whether someone is just going to get tearful or drown their baby. So, I think it should just be routine for mom to take this for a few weeks postpartum.
Applying gold and awards will hold posts on the frontpage even if they're downvoted to oblivion. They're likely getting rid of them as a way of manipulating the narrative.
I went to reddit a little while ago to check on the status of my favored reddit app, and past the top 15 or so posts is the same shit I saw days ago. New content there has seriously dropped off.
Then you block them. Individually at first. If there is a whole instance of them, like exploding-heads or lemmygrad, then you nuke their whole instance and move on.
