I don’t have a guide but a simple rockwool system is great and pretty easy to manage. Results are explosive.

In Europe we have vans, they use barely more fuel than regular cars (at least until the really big ones) and can be used for just about any trade.

Yep in Italy is dirt cheap but the further away you go the more the American style stays cheap while the Italian style becomes “gourmet” and gets more expensive.
