If you don’t like flying, then the best thing I can recommend to relieve the stress is that when you get where you’re going, you take off your socks and shoes and then, on the carpet, you make fists with your toes.

First you must locate one. Watch an entire season of Ultimate Troll Warrior (an American show imported from Japan). You will likely locate one. You may have to watch more than one season. While “The Butterfly Effect” was all right, Erased (both the anime and the live action series) really polished the concept and ran with it. It’s very rare for me to have praise for a live-action version of anything anime, but it gives strong S1 Stranger Things vibes while being incredibly different.

The Matrix is an often used example, but for me it’s the Alien Prequels - especially Alien: Covenant really makes the Original Alien much worse. When the original was released in 1979 it had the perfect Monster. A dangerous killing machine of unknown origin. The missing background of the alien is a big part of its scary mess....
But Palpatine still being alive has been part of the SW EU forever. Disney just said it was all invalid, then turned around and pilfered that same EU (including fan content) to create 7-9.
So are humans subject to different rules of categorization without reason or is there something else to be considered when creating these taxonomic silos?
