I’m just your average Canadian wolf. I’m a siren enthusiast and railfan as my main hobbies. I run the Civil Defense Sirens Wiki, and am working on restoring a few vintage sirens (such as a FS&S Model L and a rare Sterling Siren MOD. F) as well as a 1970s Safetran mechanical crossing bell.

Yes! I absolutely love the Toh Kay albums. I’ve listened to his entire discography, including Smiles for Macavity and the demos. I haven’t heard a single thing that I dislike from him!

I’ve exhausted things I can sleep to on Netflix, and it’s literally impossible to sleep to things on Prime (so I barely watch anything there; it’s not worth falling asleep to something I like, since I might be punished for it), so I’ve started putting on YouTube in the evenings since it won’t wake me with silence at...

Her voice is nasally and grating. It takes an already annoying song and somehow makes it worse. The lyrics are uninspired and sound like the first thing she came up with (“I’m good, yeah I’m feeling alright” Are you kidding me? You dug a song out of its grave and insulted it with THIS?) and the “Let it go Na Na Na Na Na” part with her incredibly nasally voice makes me want to break something.

Is holiness dilutable? Like, if there’s insufficient holiness for a given body of water to be considered pure holy, does the holy dilute into a less holy form? Would it still be considered holy water if you have nothing but the diluted stuff? Is there a limit to how much holy a body of water can contain?

A similar issue I have is when people text me constantly. I feel immediately obligated to respond, even if I’m in the middle of something, because I think they’ll get mad at me for ignoring them. Which means I have to juggle between texting and doing the other thing, causing me to get stressed out. I wish I could just ignore them for hours… I leave myself on offline mode a lot so I can actually try and focus without the constant distraction.
