I’ve noticed reddit has recently started shadowbanning my posts when I have a vpn active so I’d say at this point it’s probably completely unsafe to discuss anything on.

I liked Sync Pro on Reddit but there’s no way I can justify the huge cost jump for a lemmy version.

I hope lemmy does OK but it could be replaced anytime with something a bit better and there’s still a lot less content than Reddit had.

My biggest issue with them is they always say for 2 yet there’s no way I could consider one a full meal. (might be a UK portion thing maybe).

Teleportation even if it was line of sight based like in the Dishonored games I think it still wins.

I mean it does everything really, mp3 player, GPS, Internet, compass (maps), communication even games. That said I am a little disappointed because they have been removing things like headphone Jack’s, Sd cards and I really thought at this point we would all have flir cams etc on every phone.

I like Kobo it pretty much let’s you load anything you want manually I even did a mobi once by accident and was really surprised it worked.

Teknikal, to asklemmy in Do you prefer to wear a smartwatch or a regular watch?

I use mine more as an mp3 player and I do find the vibration alarm feature very useful as sometimes a normal alarm clock doesn’t wake me. Apart from that don’t really see to much benifit over a normal watch.

It is nice to have things like maps etc on your wrist bit I can’t say I’ve ever actually used really used them.

OK I guess I’m a Moron it just isn’t where I would have expected it to be and the icon isn’t very obvious what it does.

Ok the icon is obvious now I look at it I just assumed it would be on the 3 dot menu and didn’t expect it anywhere else I guess.

I don’t use one but I did watch a YouTube video yesterday praising one called thorium. I might give it a try myself out of curiosity.
