Zetta,

I started with Zoro which is a windows look alike, tried mint and a few other distros but ultimately landed on Fedora.

Fedora has been great and I haven’t been tempted to leave since trying it out a few years ago.

Zetta,

Maybe invest in an external drive you can copy important files to. Dual booting is usually issue free but it’s always possible to have data loss in general. Data loss, especially data that is personally important to you is a tragedy.

Zetta,

Yea it’s really infuriating. I am a huge space fan in general, and when I see people making negative comments about starship blowing up it just frames them as unintelligent or unaware of how effective spacexs engineering processes are.

Build, fail, repeat. All of those steps are on purpose.

Zetta,

Boo. Fedora! fedora! fedora!

Zetta,

¯_(ツ)_/¯ At least there is a lot less brain dead shit all over the front page without a bunch of normal people up in this bitch

Zetta,

Yes lemmy is worse in some ways, and that’s why I spend less time using it than I used to compared to reddit. Honestly I’m happy about that though.

Zetta,

¯_(ツ)_/¯ I sort of look at them as amusement. It’s not like what they want will happen In our lifetimes (or ever probably). I don’t necessarily get why everyone hates them, just try looking at them as funny content lol

Zetta,

I definitely think all those areas would still be inhabited and classified as habitable.

Zetta,

I mean I think it’s just your standard feel good story that just happens to involve the police. In general you are probably safest assuming every cop is a bad cap for the reasons you listed, but sometimes the good humans in that field do something noteworthy.

Albeit the good is giving a kid some money and the bad is gross abuse of our civil rights and murdering civilians.
