Zorque,

Just because the trauma is there doesn't mean the trauma is the same. It definitely had an effect on him, but to say that its the same as what Seven went through is ridiculous.

Zorque,

Because capitalism is an economic system that squeezes every last cent out of people for the sake of "efficiency".

Not everyone is affected equally (woo, human biases) but it hits every group eventually. Sadly people often find need to obtain money somewhere to justify their own existence. The usual sources tend to grind you down to a sad shadow if your former self, so people often look for alternatives.

Zorque,

They can also make decisions that they say are good for consumers, but are just thinly veiled ways to squeeze more money out of them.

See: Epic Games Store.

Zorque,

I'd say make it Worf and a Mek'leth, maybe throw mirror Bareil in the background

Zorque,

Let's be fair, some of them just like fascism.

Zorque,

Are you a writer for Wormhole Xtreme?

Zorque,

You'd rather eat a stove top than homemade dressing?

Zorque,

I thought it was the one like Farscape.

Zorque,

You not liking the first movie means other people didn't go? Who are you to have such an enormous effect on the cinema going audience...

Zorque,

Honestly, the TOS and TNG theme songs were different from the DS9 and Voyager themes. The former being more powerful, driving themes. The latter being more somber, contemplative themes.

It makes sense to change it up every once in a while. And honestly the more grounded, hopeful theme of Enterprise felt right for the theme of the show, setting up the eventual foundation of the United Federation of Planets at the end (spoilers, sorry).

Zorque,

Strange to have such a high charisma rating for a plain, simple tailor...

Zorque,

The Naked Now, the second episode of The Next Generation.

Zorque,

The first two are completely different areas, one is a junction, the other is an access tunnel. Why would they be exactly the same if they don't have the same purpose?

I can't speak to the Lower Decks version, though.

Zorque,

I don't see any speaking at all. In fact, they seem to be using non-verbal communication to make their transaction.

Zorque,

Because they put a blue base on the other side of this box canyon.

Zorque,

Somewhere between (where he actually sits) is more interesting than both. He's clearly dealing with emotional trauma, but that doesn't mean he's not also still human. And trying to be more so.

Zorque,

Blame Disney, they're the one who funded the "documentary" about them.
