I’ll go first. Mine is that I can’t stand the Deadpool movies. They are self aware and self referential to an obnoxious degree. It’s like being continually reminded that I am in a movie. I swear the success of that movie has directly lead to every blockbuster having to have a joke every 30 seconds
I rocked a Samsung Alias 2 for 4 years before I got an iPhone 5. The e-ink keyboard was awesome how it changed when you flipped the screen open to portrait or landscape.
These days it’s barely even skills. Just select a box above the baby and use the generative AI feature to ask it for a spaceship and regenerate until it looks decent.
Back in my day we had to generate our realistic Photoshop jobs with our own blood, sweat, and tears.
IDK, if I was contributing subtitles for an open provider free of charge who shared them free of charge, I’d be glad my subtitles were helping people who needed them. Now that labor has been turned into capital and that rug has been pulled with no back-dated compensation or provisions for free subtitles for hard of hearing or something. It’s a shitty move across the board for everyone but the owner.
Was just thinking about this while taking a boring regular shower with water. A sonic shower just vibrates at high intensity to pulverize dirt and knock it from your body; but what about oils and lipids and all that other stuff that makes you stinky?...
I couldn’t find the Flintstones movie from 1994 anywhere but googling it I found it here archive.org/details/the-flintstones_202304 and you can either download it via torrent or directly. On top of it it says that the movie is CC0 which means Public Domain. But that can’t really be, it’s only 29 years old....
I assume you’re joking because that’s not really how Lemmy works, for anyone who may not know. My instance is my own, for example. I’m replying to you via Lemmy running on a server I own.

Sonic showers would clean dirt from you, but you'd still stink.
