This is all opinions here, so I’m just saying that Sync is the only one I know that’s closed source.

I think the point of using Debian is to not have that

I reinstall on an estimated average of about monthly, distro hopping skewed that, it so should be around a bit less than bimonthly.

It isn’t, but you’re unlikely to encounter Linux specific malware.

It’s past 10 am and I’m yet to go to bed

That does sound almost kinda dope because that’s a lot of developers who could make Windows suck a lot less

backhdlp,
@backhdlp@lemmy.blahaj.zone avatar

Are we not?

@backhdlp@lemmy.blahaj.zone avatar

Don’t forget the cat ears!

backhdlp,
@backhdlp@lemmy.blahaj.zone avatar

Oh right, how could I forget

You’re now legally obligated to change your name to Jeze3D (linux binary executables don’t need file extensions)

Wdym “only now”? It’s been a thing for like a year now

backhdlp,
@backhdlp@lemmy.blahaj.zone avatar

no and no

Also what is it with Manjaro users always specifying the DE? And why is it always KDE?

backhdlp,
@backhdlp@lemmy.blahaj.zone avatar

That’s literally everyone tho

Agree with you here. I only watched his interview with Mysticat and it felt like he didn’t understand shit about anything she talked about and was just nodding along.

The Windows-key is commonly referred to as Meta or Super btw

I prefer right side on Windows (which I don’t use), on Linux I prefer just having a small status bar at the top.

How did you get the top panel fully transparent?

backhdlp,
@backhdlp@lemmy.blahaj.zone avatar

I think that’s a pretty common partition layout

backhdlp,
@backhdlp@lemmy.blahaj.zone avatar

I comment sometimes, that’s why I don’t use frontends

This is at least the third time I’ve seen this image today

backhdlp,
@backhdlp@lemmy.blahaj.zone avatar

I wiped my drive with a lot of non-backed-up data on it intentionally because the Fedora installer was too confusing. Lost among other things my Celeste and Minecraft saves, a lot of images, and other stuff with sentimental value.
