It’s kind of a shitty comment. I’ve needed to lift 400lbs and going scratch in golf is a lifetime achievement. Gender is irrelevant for those things…if you can do them, you’re an awesome human.

It’s not threatening if a girl can do those things. I’ve met women that can out squat me and will utterly smash me in golf (from the same tees). They were great people.

Which is fucking hilariously sad to me…Google became Google because it got rid of all those things. It was just a search box and it did search well.

Now that it has a monopoly and no competition, it’s bringing back all the ads. Fuck your results, here’s a page of sponsored links.

In a couple of decades Firefox will shit the same bed and the cycle of capitalism will continue.

Why is youtube recommending conservative "talking points" to me?

Hi, I am a guy in early thirties with a wife and two kids and whenever I go on youtube it always suggests conservative things like guys dunking on women, ben shapiro reacting to some bullshit, joe rogan, all the works. It’s not that so much as Howard Stern theory. The people that like that stuff, click on it and move on.

The people that hate that stuff hate it enough to interact with it… That means more time on the site, more ads, more revenue.

It’s just the hate algorithms… They’re lucrative.
