I never cared that my parents knew where he was because I was never trying to do anything particularly nefarious and my parents weren’t completely buttheads.
But this was pre mobile phone days (my first phone was a Nokia Ngage), so if I went out they wouldn’t be able to contact me in an emergency so it made sense to say oh I’m going to x house here is ther phone number. Now that mobile phones exist maybe that requirement no longer exists.
That’s just how legalese is written. It’s like variables in programming they tell you what the thing is and then they tell you what they’re going to call it for the rest of the document.
I guess it originally saved them hand writing “B&H Film, Video and Television Media Production LLC” every time. Of course these days you could just do a fine and a replace, so I’m not sure why they don’t, but it’s just become standard lawyer at this point.

Unfortunately Plex is just kind of crap like that.
One time it decided that it only had episode 6 series 4 of bones, and none of the others even though they were sat right there in the file system, I could play them and everything from Windows. How did it manage that, no idea.
When it does stuff like that you just have to resync your library and eventually it’ll actually do it and start working again.
But you see covid was a conspiracy by the government to inject nanobots into you, while also been a virus produced by 5G towers. It’s all perfectly logical.
