Maybe YOU can’t, but don’t speak for the rest of us 😤

It’s usually pretty easy to find secondhand Microsoft Surface devices for that price point (check craigslist, FB marketplace, and the like), and they absolutely rock when using a Gnome-based distro (like Fedora).

There’s a great project that works on Linux compatibility for Surface devices, you can check it out here: github.com/…/Supported-Devices-and-Features#featu…

Stick with Fedora and Nobara, they are good distros. I use Arch myself, because I like that bleeding edge, bro - but if those other distros are working for you, there’s pretty much no reason for the average person to switch.

Calories burned from running isn’t that great of a return.

An estimate is that a 200 pound person burns 792 calories per hour running at 5mph (12min/mile, or 8kph) on a firm, level surface. A 140 pound person burns 555 calories in the same scenario.

It’s much simpler to not consume excess calories, if you maintain a caloric deficit and don’t exercise at all you will lose weight.

How does Stremio + Torrentio work?

I don’t have a lot of HDD space so I only seed torrents that I download to ratio of 2. Recently I discovered Stremio and torrentio add on. It is nice and l like the simplicity, but isnt it only leeching? I couldn’t find anything in settings that would enable seeding. If it is only leeching idk if I want to use it.

Yes, Real Debrid (RD) functions as a leech. However, in essence, RD typically only needs to leech once for widely sought-after content, storing it in a cache for quick access by any RD user.

In the worst case, RD may need to acquire less popular content through a few hit-and-run instances. RD actually contributes to minimizing leeching - if each RD user torrented independently on public trackers without seeding, the situation would be more problematic.
