joshi, 1 year ago to memes in Japan is living in the future that the 1990s dreamed of. we have plenty of bullet trains - 367 last I checked, plus bullet trains from other countries - they’re just chronically late because of car-focused policies over the last decades causing the infrastructure to basically rot away. still no ass-wiping robots though, maybe one day…
