I would argue its more like a 1.5 factor. Not secure when your bitwarden gets compromised. But more security for stolen, leaked, phised passwords.

I currently have 60 OTPs in Bitwarden, I probably would not have activated 2FA on so many sites without BW.

You lose security, sure. But you are gaining so much more ease of use. Bitwarden autofills your credentials and puts your token into your clipboard. Also it syncs your tokens to all devices. Effectifly this makes a site as easy to login as a site without 2fa.

The alternative is on desktop always get your smartphone, open some app type a token or on the phone to switch to multiple apps to get your credentials. Not fun imho.

I currently activated 2fa on over 60 sites, I doubt I would use it as much without BW.

For me, the key benefit of 2Fa is getting more security against leaked, stolen, phished passwords, and that still holds up.

I have transmission running on my server in a docker container that is supposed to go through gluetun. If I run test with ipleak and other torrent ip testers it shows my vpn’s ip address. Use docker with a container which can only go online thru a vpn like transmission-vpn.

Get a used M1 Macbook Air. MacOs isnt restricted like their mobile devices. Its passivly cooled, relativly cheap, portable and also capable for more serious productive work.

They are super expensive but worth it when you use their features. You can e.g. connect it to a PC, use it as a second monitor and as a drawing tablet for photoshop. Similar drawing tablets from wacom arent nearly as versatily and cost similar or even more.

That said, I just use my S7+ for notes, youtube and comics. Probably not worth it but I love the excellent screen.

There is a native feature from Samsung and third party apps as well. Third party apps need to be installed on PC and on the tablet.

Same. Maximum comfort since Bitwarden autofills and puts the token in your clipboard, you dont have to change apps or need you smartphone when you are on desktop.

You are less secure though, but its worth it to me.

Interesting feature from ytdlp. Another reason why sponsor block might not be feasable for podcasts are inidividualized advertisements. There are few podcasts which e.g. have different ads depending for which country you are coming from. So going just by timecodes isnt an option.

Its amazing once you start to realize how little you can watch even when you are subbed to all streaming services. In the years I used Netflix and co my consumption changed to ‘I watch whats available’. Once I pirated again and joined a similar Plex server with a catalogue which contains pretty much every movie and tv show ever made, even international ones, it changed to ‘What weird shit I really want to watch today’.

Even if would sub to every streaming service available to me (which would probably cost 100€ per month) I could only see 20% of the movies I have watched.

Before you upscale it is crucial to get the best rip possible. To my knowledge the best ripping and deinterlacing process is called QTGMC.

After that, experiment with AI upscalers. But the best Upscalers will only get so far when the initial rip isnt as best as possible.
