I think what you want is about:blank. It contains a list of all the websites without cookie, auth, and pay walls

They’re not asking you. They’re asking the companies

The real solution is for companies to ask for the name of the officer, and then go to the official police website, call their non emergency number, and ask to speak with the officer. Then confirm that it was them, in fact, that sent the request.

Bonus: then tell them to get a fucking warrant and hang up the phone.

When I type, it does what you expect (going to the file/folder in the current directory by what you type).

Some time ago the others started doing some annoying search thing when you type, and I can’t find how to turn that off. Anyway thunar is simper and gets the job done faster

Google pulls Binance, other global crypto apps from India store

FIU, an Indian government agency that scrutinizes financial transactions, late last month issued show cause notices to nine crypto firms and alleged that they weren’t compliant with India’s anti-money laundering rules. Apple pulled the apps earlier this week and various telecom networks and internet service providers began blocking the URLs of the crypto exchange websites Thursday evening.

I support this. Honestly its foolish to install closed-source apps that have access to your finances. Better to install from f-droid anyway.

Google should ban all finance apps from Google Play

Developers have a right to eat and pay for a roof over their head. NC prevents that.

Why don’t you take google out of your walls?

Greenland startup begins shipping glacier ice to cocktail bars in the UAE (www.theguardian.com)

Arctic Ice harvests ice from the fjords of Greenland, and then ships them to the United Arab Emirates to sell to exclusive bars. Using glacial ice in drinks is a common practice in Greenland, and, over the years, several entrepreneurs have unsuccessfully attempted to export it....

You havent drank glacier water. It’s much more than just frozen water.

RO water would be the opposite of what you’d want if you want all the non-water things in your ice

library_napper,

It’s not cost effective nor is it pure. Both mineral water and glacier water are far from pure water. People want them because they’re not pure, in a chemical sense.

Yes but without the alcohol I’m sure you’d taste a difference between ground water and glacial water.Glacier melt has a lot of impurities that gives it a distinctive taste.

I have worked for companies with thousands of employees, yes. It helps to be right about the cost, security, and usability benefits of using FOSS and be able to stand your ground and argue valid points.

But I do prefer companies with less than 100 people.
